Fall is a season for fresh starts, a time to think unconventionally and pursue unlimited growth. Our fall 2025 catalog features a dynamic lineup of courses that reflect today’s most in-demand skills and emerging areas of interest. Whether you’re seeking professional development, a career shift or just looking to stay ahead of the curve, our fall offerings are designed to help you grow in meaningful and practical ways.

This semester’s highlights include the Paralegal Certificate Program, a comprehensive track for those pursuing a career in the legal field. Taught by legal professionals, this six-month program gives students the practical skills they will need to succeed. For student Monica Taylor, enrolling in the program was a chance to align her interest in law with her career aspirations.

“I’ve always been interested in law,” she said. “I am hoping to expand my knowledge so I can create better opportunities for myself."

Our business and leadership courses include mindfulness classes that will help reduce stress, boost focus and enhance your managerial skills. One such course is the Foundations of Focused Leadership, which debuts this fall. This unique course connects mindfulness with effective leadership. The course teaches participants science-backed strategies that will strengthen their mental clarity, build emotional resilience and help them lead with intention. Instructor Yedda Stancil said these skills are necessary in today’s fast-paced, high-pressure work environments.

“In a world of constant distraction and burnout, leaders need more than strategy—they need presence,” Stancil said. “This course helps emerging and established leaders build the mindfulness and focus essential for leading with clarity, resilience, and purpose.”

The use of Artificial Intelligence in the workplace is rapidly increasing. According to Gallup, the number of employees who have used AI in their role has nearly doubled in the last two years. Staying on top of the ethical implications of this emerging technology is imperative to maintain  privacy, transparency, and fairness.

Ethics of AI, which is returning this fall, is a timely course that explores the complex intersection of artificial intelligence and ethics. With AI reshaping industries and challenging our norms, this class invites participants to explore and examine the technical foundations of artificial intelligence and its ethical implications for the workplace.

Instructor James Fritz says the class gives students the tools they need to make ethical assessments as the technology continues to evolve.

“AI is changing a mile a minute, and the problems that they'll be noticing a year from today may not be the problems that are most in the news right now,” Fritz explained. “We want to equip them with the skills that are going to be necessary for them to keep on doing this, thinking through ethical issues year in and year out.”

Courses are available in flexible formats, including online and in-person options. Whether you’re pursuing credentials, sharpening your skills, or expanding your worldview, our Fall 2025 catalog has something for you.
