Full papers
Presentation time: 25 minutes
Submission length: (4–8 pages or 1,250–4,950 words); an abstract is not sufficient to be evaluated as a full paper.

Papers present significant work or integrative reviews in research, development, applications, and societal issues related to all aspects of the conference topics.
A full paper must be based on a fully-developed scholarship. A full paper proposal needs to meet the minimum page/word count length (4–8 pages or 1,250–4,950 words) and address the required components sufficiently for reviewers to make a decision on acceptance. The following sections must be included in the proposal:
- Title (Please note: no author names should be included for the purposes of blind review)
- Abstract/keywords
- Introduction/study context
- Theoretical or conceptual framework (if applicable)
- Literature review, including rationale/significance of study to the field of teacher education
- Methods/research methodology: Identify the type of research (qualitative/quantitative/mixed methods), data sources and collection, analysis methods
- Results/findings
- Discussion/implications
- References
Research-in-progress submissions should be submitted as a brief paper or a poster.

Brief papers
Presentation time: 15 minutes
Submission length: 2-4 pages
Proceedings length: 4-6 pages

Brief papers may be either work in progress or completed scholarship. A brief paper proposal needs to meet both the minimum page/word count length (2-4 pages or 1,250–2,500 words) as well as address the required components sufficiently for reviewers to make a decision on acceptance. Without sufficient development as outlined below, submissions will not be considered. At a minimum, the following sections must be included in the proposal:
- Title (Please note: no author names should be included for the purposes of blind review)
- Abstract/keywords
- Introduction/study context
- Theoretical or conceptual framework (if applicable)
- Literature review including rationale/significance of study to the field of teacher education
- Results and/or substantiated conclusions or warrants for arguments/point of view
- The scientific or scholarly significance of the study of work
- References
The submission should clearly indicate:
- what is going to be shown or demonstrated or offered;
- the major aspects;
- the context or motivation;
- relevant URLs or literature references.

Best practices/virtual workshop session presenters discuss and demonstrate their organization’s learning strategies, techniques, issues, solutions, and courseware. This is an opportunity to inform attendees about the lessons learned and future plans from those who have designed, developed, and implemented learning. Presenters can choose a presentational or interactive (workshop) format.

Posters
Presentation time: 2 hours
Submission length: 2-6 pages (1,250-1,875 words)
Proceedings length: 4-6 pages

Poster sessions enable researchers and non-commercial developers to demonstrate and discuss their latest results and developments in progress in order to gain feedback and to establish contact with similar projects.
Poster proposals must include:
- Description of the planned poster; should emphasize the problem, what was done, and why the work is important
