2019 Workshop: The Power of “Yes, And” - Improving Communication Through Improv Comedy

Join us for a fun day of professional growth through improvisational (improv) comedy. In this 6-hour workshop, you will explore how the principles of improv can help you enhance your communication so that you can handle whatever comes your way. Emmy Award winning comedian, actor and director, David Webster will help you to embrace the “Yes, and…” to inspire collaboration, active listening, and better communication. Through highly interactive activities and applying the P.E.T.E.R principle, you will enhance your interpersonal, persuasion, and physical communication skills.

About the Facilitator

David Webster is the founder of The Institute of Business Conversation Tactics, author of “How to Change Someone’s Mind,” and an Emmy Award winner. His thirty-year study of person-to-person communication patterns has allowed him to recognize what we must do in order to positively guide another person’s energy and thoughts in conversation.  Webster has lead business communication workshops for dozens of organizations such as Deloitte Touche, Ritz-Carlton, and Expedia Worldwide.
