Process Consultation

This six-week online, synchronous course introduces participants to the core principles and practices of process consultation. Learners will explore different types of consultation and the key steps involved in establishing a productive consulting relationship.

Through learning activities, discussion, knowledge checks, and applied reflection, participants will practice using a consultant mindset when responding to requests for help within their organization. The course emphasizes practical, real-world application, including active listening, diagnostic questioning, stakeholder identification, contracting, boundary setting, and role clarification.

This course is designed for professionals who provide guidance, support, problem-solving, or advisory services within their organization, especially those who are new to internal consulting or want to bring more structure to their approach.
