(Archived) The Business of Craft Beer

Quench your thirst for knowledge in the art of craft beer!

In the Business of Craft Beer program, you will learn the essential business skills needed to be successful in the craft beer industry, with expert instruction from on-campus and industry partners including Artisanal Brewing Ventures, Center of the Universe Brewing Company, Dogtown Brewery, Origin Beer Lab, Richbrau Brewing, VCU Robertson School of Media and Culture, VCU School of Business, Virginia ABC, WestRock, Yuengling Sales, and more.

This unique experience integrates classroom and experiential learning, with on-site experiences taught by industry experts. In addition to a certificate of completion from VCU, you will receive a certificate for completing on-site licensee training with a Virginia ABC Special Agent, as well as a Craft Brewers Guild Quality and Safety Certificate through our partnership with the Virginia Craft Brewers Guild.
